Ordered donuts recently and staff got the cost wrong by a lot! They didn’t honour said price even though it was there issue & I called 4 times prior to confirm that it was that price. Would never have ordered donuts from them if I was told the right price to begin with. Good donuts but not worth the service at all.

4th day in a row I ordered cappuchino delivery and I received flat white. Kept adding notes mentioning hot cappuchino and not flat white but notes ignored. No spillage in bag yet only half a cup of coffee. Disgraceful. Lost a customer!

The pie and spinach roll were dry and over cooked. Coffee taste like warm milk. Both desert had mock cream... It's 2025, use real cream for an overpriced desert!
