What people say
Peaceful. Probably the best public arena, quiet, completely enclosed by native trees and bush. Plenty of trail tracks to explore. Can be busy with shared tracks between horses and mountain bikers.
Peaceful place. Not much more than that. Horse practice ground in the middle to watch the riders
A very quiet place indeed. There is a sense of calm here, the horse track, the trees, the vast open valley … if you need to get away from it all, take a 15minute looped walk around here. Track is sandy and rocky under foot.
According to the Northern Beaches Council ‘Anembo’ means ‘quiet place’ in Aboriginal which is quite appropriate. Overlooking Ku-ring-gai National Park, it consists of a looped bushland walking track that has some great views over the valley of Ku-ring-gai.
