Coffee from Rosezetta at Bay Central left a very positive impression, especially for a quick shopping-centre stop. ☕ Coffee: Well made with a decent, balanced flavour and clearly prepared by someone who knows what they’re doing. A reliable option if you want a proper coffee rather than the usual shopping centre standard. 😊 Staff: The gent on duty was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made a genuine effort with my kids which really made their day. 📍 Location: Very centrally located inside Bay Central and easy to access while shopping. It’s one of the few spots in the centre serving a genuinely decent coffee, which makes it especially valuable. Overall, a solid go-to for good coffee at Bay Central, and somewhere I’d happily return to whenever I’m in the centre.

The coffee is a daily must have for myself. The Bacon and Egg Roll with Tomato relish is delicious, the juice and frappe freshly made on site with the Pine-A-Mint and Cronulla Sunrise being personal favourites.

I asked for a fresh juice, but I got flavored syrup with ice instead. I paid 9 dollars and should have asked for my money back. The messed-up thing is, I mentioned it to someone, and they just said, ‘Sorry, this is how it’s supposed to be made,’ instead of giving me my money back or trying to make me happy as a paying customer.

The best food and coffee hands down. Sam is the loveliest guy and all the other staff are so friendly. We come here all the time and we love it!!

Firstly the place is so clean and the food looks so fresh in the glass. Staff are friendly and quick to assist and take your order. Most importantly, the coffee is fantastic 😁😁
