Ok to take young kids to sit in the very shallow water however take some shade.can be ok for fishing in surrounding area.very small carpark.can go swimming in surrounding waters or at very high tide on ghe sandflats
It's a little secluded, and endless sand dune, very calm , and safe with small toddlers. There are no facilities like changing rooms or toilet. One little Cafe, good to get a drink or an ice block but not very progressive.
Been coming here since we were kids. Love the atmosphere. Ther waters are so shallow and calm, safe for the kids. Needs more parking spaces though.
A great spot for a beach walk. You can catch yabbies and go fishing right on the beach. Dnt forget your sunscreen
Too many threats of fines. I'm surprised that "no fun" wasn't on the list. Pretty much everything else is listed. I get that it's a nature reserve but sooo many "in your face" threats don't make it very welcoming. The council should be ashamed.
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
