George Kendall Riverside Park has a well-built fenced off-leash area with two sections — one for larger, more active dogs and a separate space for smaller or calmer dogs. The enclosure is clean and well-maintained, with drinking water, waste bags, and seating provided. Trees are still establishing, so shade is limited but improving. The broader park has BBQ facilities, toilets, and parking. Locals note that high-energy dogs sleep well after a session here.
Designated fenced off-leash dog area. Dogs must be under effective control at all times. Check council signage for hours and boundaries. (Source: City of Parramatta Council.)
This is a great dog park. Ample space. With multiple seating options. Very clean and tidy. People are friendly dogs well behaved. There’s 2 options a smaller fenced area which seems to be more suited for smaller dogs and a larger fenced area for bigger / more active and social dogs. Would highly recommend
It’s a well built place. Trees are still growing so hopefully will get more shades soon! Great for my high-energy staffy! He slept the whole day after running around freely. Wish there was toilet for humans haha. Update: after going there for a while, I wish the area was separated for big dogs & small dogs instead of playful & quiet dogs :( . There are playful small puppies and quite big dogs in the same area. Not so great if you have a high energy big dog. I still take him out for a walk but it’s difficult with people judging him just because he’s a big high energy dog.
This is one of my favourite dog parks. It's always got lovely dog owners and it's clean and spacious. There are poo bags and drink fountains. There are 2 zones - one for active dogs and the other for quiet dogs. They're both really good. There's always parking too! And there's a big park next to it too which my dog loved a big walk at.
Excellent dog park with two fenced sections - one for "playful dogs" and one for "quiet dogs". The playful dogs section is larger with winding concrete paths through the nicely grassed park with groups of shade trees, shelters and grassy knolls. The quiet dogs section is smaller with less shade as the trees there are newly planted. It's about 7 mins walk from here to the dog friendly Blue Garden Cafe on the corner of Boronia and Murdoch St.
A brilliant park with a dividing fence for large or small dogs. No toilet human facilities
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
