John Wearne Reserve
John Wearne Reserve is a recently renovated park with a fenced off-leash dog area alongside a well-designed playground. The park is spacious with good shade, BBQs, toilets, and parking. Dogs are excluded from within 10 metres of play equipment. It's a well-maintained family-friendly park.

Amazing! Newly renovated. Has absolutely everything you need. Swings, climbing frame, fort with BIG slide, amphitheatre, toilets (which were clean!!!), lots of shade, lots of grass, good bike/scooter track (has hills so only for older kids on scooters), skate park with full bowl, outdoor gym, fenced dog park, ample undercover areas, gas BBQs, African safari animals, tunnel, drums, basktball court, free parking! Really great for all ages!
Beautiful playgrounds surrounded by bamboos. Toilets are clean and accessible. It has a basketball court and a scooter court, very quiet and friendly neighbourhood.
We had and awesome time at this reserve. Great for families. Plenty of parking. Disabled parking available. Site has an amphitheater and skate park. The reserve also have a little street library. Highly recommend this place for a family outing and picnic.
John Wearn park has just gone under a massive renovation with new natural playground looking like a zoo, a big slides, spider web climb, a bamboo tunnel, a big slide, ride on fake animals with sound, 2 fenced grass field for small and big dogs, BBQ under roof, skate and bike rides plateform, an Ampitheatre, a basketball court, car parks and street parking, new toilets...Well done those involved in the project. It's a magic place for my kids and every kid. A great place for family with kids at all ages.
