Lake Wallace Reserve is a large lakeside recreation area at Wallerawang, with camping, picnic areas and open grass for visitors to enjoy. Dogs are welcome on leash throughout the wider reserve, with a separate fenced dog park on Les Mister Drive where they may exercise off leash.
Dogs are welcome on leash throughout Lake Wallace Reserve. They may be exercised off leash only inside the designated fenced dog park on Les Mister Drive.
Heaps and heaps of rv spots. 2 day limit can be ignored. Dog friendly. Rainbow trout, brown trout and carp in the lake.
Good for a free camping site / Caravan park. It has public toilets & shower available but you need to take your toiletries. Lake is beautiful but I felt the place to be extremely crowded & long lines to use to washroom.
What a free fantastic safe place to stay, toilets are basic and far away. Large area plenty of room. Sign and internet says no fires yet people still do there own thing
Water views and bird life are great, plenty of grassy spots for tents to big rigs. Roads get a bit dusty
Lovely area with amenities. If your a photographer or like fishing this is a wonderful spot.Close to towns of Wallerawang and Lithgow for major shopping centres.Would recommend.
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
