River Road Reserve (Shoalhaven Heads off-leash) is a dog-friendly park with space for your dog to run around off lead.

Dog rules

River Road Reserve is a designated 24-hour off-leash area, along the river edge from the boat ramp in the east to the wharf at the end of Jerry Bailey Road. Dogs may be off-leash here at any time. Elsewhere in the Shoalhaven, dogs must be on-leash under the NSW Companion Animals Act 1998. (Source: Shoalhaven City Council.)
