Moncur Reserve is a local park in Woollahra, a handy green space close to the village pubs. Dogs are allowed off-leash between 3:30pm and 10:30am, on a trial basis, and on-leash at other times, kept clear of the basketball hoop section. It is an easy spot for a walk in the neighbourhood. A useful timed off-leash park in the inner east.

Dog rules

Dogs are permitted off leash from 3:30pm to 10:30am, except in the basketball hoop section of the reserve. Dogs must be on leash at all other times.
