Moncur Reserve is a local park in Woollahra, a handy green space close to the village pubs. Dogs are allowed off-leash between 3:30pm and 10:30am, on a trial basis, and on-leash at other times, kept clear of the basketball hoop section. It is an easy spot for a walk in the neighbourhood. A useful timed off-leash park in the inner east.
Dog rules
Off-leash 3:30pm–10:30am (trial). On-leash at all other times. Prohibited: basketball hoop section. Dogs must be under effective control. Owners must clean up after their dogs.
