What people say
Peaceful spot for dog walking and also camping ground. By the cox river, lots of shade, a table with benches. Lots of large kangaroos when I came here!
Beautiful
The “campground” is quite lively, as it’s located near a highway, which means you’ll hear a lot of trucks passing by on Jenolan Rd. If you're planning to drive a 2x4, just be aware that the dirt access track is pretty steep up the top, which might make things a bit tricky! On the bright side, it looks like a fantastic spot for fishing, and if you’re up for it, enjoying a few bevies will help drown out the road noise if you want a restful sleep. Overall, it’s a unique spot that has its noisy charm!
Amazing spot to camp, and a great spot to stop for a quick bath in the river
The entry road is a bit rough. No way a sedan will make it in. You need an.SUV with AWD or 4WD.
