Generally, the food is ok, though they are way over priced for what it is and it doesn't really make sense. If you buy a piccolo club sandwich, it's $14. This includes focaccia bread, pulled chicken, cheese, tomato, bacon, baby spinach, and sauce. Purchase, a piece of sour dough bread, smashed avo and 2 eggs, it's $16. They are a franchise and the ones I've been to have good customer service, though there are better cafe's.

I am beyond grateful for the incredible kindness and warmth I experienced at Piccolo Me North Rocks today. After buying breakfast (the wrap and omelette were delicious—highly recommend!), my car wouldn’t start. Harry and Joe went above and beyond to help: they jump-started my car, drove me to buy a new battery, and even installed it for me—all within 30 minutes! Their generosity turned a stressful situation into one I’ll never forget. This was my first visit, and it won’t be my last. The food is amazing, and the staff is even better. Thank you, Harry, Joe, and the team—you’ve gained a loyal customer. I’ll be recommending Piccolo Me to everyone I know. 💗

Decided to stop here for lunch today. Ordered fish & chips. Sadly the fish doesn't taste that fresh & it's a bit burnt. There was also some sharp wood that looked like it came from a tooth pick & that was mixed in with my food. Thankfully I saw it & removed it before swallowing it. I did tell the staff & asked them to be careful in the future however they didn't seem to care that much. This place is just another rip-off Cafe selling below par "food" for exuberant prices. The chips also taste "rubbery". No doubt everything was quickly unfrozen & thrown into a pan to "cook". The tables are very dirty & feel yucky & sticky! I don't recommend visiting this place for decent food, good service, decent cleanliness & nice atmosphere as it fails on all those factors.

Quiet, cozy and comfortable cafe to have a fresh brekkie with a full aromatic cup of coffee. The barista made a great cafe latte, and we had a great time chatting on a sunny day.

Great Cafe in North Rocks. I spend a bit of time in the area for work, and this place has been great for a quick bite and a coffee. Food is fresh and coffee excexcellent! I will most definitely be returning.
