Barangaroo is Sydney's newest waterfront precinct — a purpose-built extension of the CBD that's gone from construction site to harbourside destination in under a decade.

The headland park, Wulugul Walk, and the waterfront dining strip create a loop that's become one of the better on-leash walking circuits in the city. Marrinawi Cove and Watermans Cove provide shaded waterside rest stops along the way. Barangaroo House welcomes dogs at the House Bar on the waterfront, and Bungalow 8 is a waterside pub. The precinct is compact and well-maintained — a polished contrast to the older harbour suburbs.

There are no confirmed off-leash areas in Barangaroo. Dogs are welcome on-leash at the venues listed above.
