Hickson Park is a park in Barangaroo. We don't yet have enough signals to confirm whether dogs are allowed.

Dog rules

Dogs are welcome in this park but must be kept on a leash at all times. Off-leash exercise is only permitted in the City of Sydney's 50 designated off-leash parks — this is not one of them. Dogs are prohibited from playgrounds, sports courts, and enclosed sports ovals. Please pick up after your dog — free waste bags are available at most parks. Hickson Park has probably got one of the cleanest toilet facilities in the Sydney CBD area. You will feel like you are at home, it’s really clean, I hope people respect the cleanliness of the facility.

The park is the grassy area just in front of Crown Casino. It is decently sized but it didn't have much shade. It was quiet and quite open.

Hickson Park is lovely place to have a picnic in the sun. It is nearby to Darling Harbour, The Rocks, Circular Quay and Miller’s Point so there are plenty of options for food and drinks.
