The Hive Bar

Such an incredible place! Visiting from Brisbane it was so lovely to find a chill neighbourhood spot with astoundingly good service and great drinks. The DJs were incredible (so good it felt wrong not having to pay to hear them!) and matched the vibe perfectly on a stunning Sunday evening. If we didn’t have a dinner reservation we would’ve stayed all night and ate here, the food looks great. All-in-all a fantastic spot which we’ll be returning to 100%!

Just when I thought nothing could make me love the Hive more, I tried the bean dip. Yum! And, I am deeply fussy about chips and seriously, they scored 5⭐️. The music & team, as always, totally rockin! Thanks x

I love this place! There's an excellent, well-curated selection of wines on offer as well as stellar cocktails, and beer - if that's your thing. The bar snacks are delicious with a good range of interesting options and the service is so friendly and efficient. Plus, I love the music they play.

We got the vegan option for the Bourdain and chicken burgers. Both were easily the best burgers I've had, and I'm not sure how to move on with my life now. Staff were also super friendly, and good vibes :)

The Hive Bar at Erskineville is one of my favourite places. I come here when I've had enough beer. And they make very very good Bloody Mary's. I ask all the bar staff to make their own version. Everyone is slightly different but I'm never disappointed. I visit the Hive Bar at least once a month.
