Just posting to sing the praises of one of the security staff called Michelle. My friend was quite unwell, and Michelle was both very professional and genuinely caring. She went above and beyond to make sure we were both okay. Thank you for being such a beautiful person Michelle!!
The bar and wait staff were so friendly and up for a joke and a laugh. The Drag Trivia was amazing. We had Carmen Gettit as our host and she made the whole night absolutely fabulous! The vibe was so fun, inclusive and just the right amount of competitive banter! Would 100% recommend this to EVERYONE!!!
I have been to the Imperial many times but my last visit was for a friend's special birthday. My request to be near a window was done. This was very much appreciated. We ordered cheese platter, carrot dip and lobster rolls for entrees. We had so much cheese and dip left, we asked for a few more crackers. My friend was told that she couldn't order another serve of crackers but could order another serve of bread which isn't what wanted as we had had bread! We were dumbfounded and we tried to explain that we only wanted 6 more crackers. It did seem like a scene out of Oliver. We also ordered the broccolini and zucchini with goats cheese, big miss. Chicken schnitzel and Russell pasta were great. We spent almost $270 for 3 entrees,2 mains, serve of veg and drinks. The crackers experience is a lessen in giving your customers $1 worth of crackers or give them more with the entrees. We were asked to give feedback and we were honest and did. I haven't heard a thing from them. Poor customer service response. The Imperial wasn't as busy as usual. We won't be going back, there are too many other options around.
Great trendy venue. Staff are lovely and attentive. The chips were amazing. Super crispy and seasoned. Loved the drag shows! Drinks were fairly priced.
Most delicious pizza, best cocktails, and amazing vibe; the atmosphere is full of happiness and joy! We have gone there many times, and it is constantly amazing! I love the Margherita and Pepperoni pizzas—best Fahrenheit cocktails! I can't wait to go back!!!🩷❤️🩷❤️
