Hi there, Last Friday night, my family and I visited your store for ice cream. I understand it was quite busy at the time, but I was accidentally charged for an extra ice cream that I did not receive. I haven’t received a refund yet, so I’d like to get in touch to arrange this. I understand it’s a small amount, but I was charged for something I didn’t actually consume. I’d really appreciate your help with this. Thank you in advance!

There was a bit of a queue when we got there but the staff were very efficient so it went by fast! All the flavours sounded amazing, and we got the tiramisu and mandorla affogoto. Both were absolutely delicious!

My #1 favourite gelato spot in Sydney - Service was quick and staff were friendly. It’s a nice treat to enjoy after a meal. Second picture shows strawberries and cream (left) - tasted like Macca’s strawberry sundae, sweet but nothing too fancy. However, the mandorla affogato on the other hand, (right) was a winner - It was rich and delicious, and I savoured every bite.
