Birrung Park is a small Balmain park with open grass and a good view across to the city. Dogs are allowed off-leash at any time within the designated area, which makes it an easy local spot for a walk or a quick run. With seating and a playground close by, it suits a relaxed neighbourhood visit rather than a long outing.
A designated area of Birrung Park is off-leash at any time of the day. Dogs must be on a leash elsewhere in the park.
A lovely peaceful park on White Bay, to enjoy a stroll through the native vegetation and birdlife, and stunning city views by day and night. Such a inner city harbour side big city treat!
Lovely quiet park which hugs the edge of White Bay. Beautiful tree lined paths with views of Anzac Bridge, Barangaroo, the City and the Harbour Bridge. There's a basketball hoop in a sunken section where the walls have been professionally graffitied. At the very end there is a small children's playground with a climbing house and a couple of swings. Benches are positioned in well thought out places to allow you to enjoy the view.
Plenty of lush greenery that more so acts as a cover for the houses nearby of the large concrete docks of the White Bay Cruise Terminal. A simple footpath with dazzling views of the harbour beyond the trees and this secluded area that's seemingly a public art space? A nice peaceful place for a stroll.
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
