Rozelle Parklands is a fantastic addition to Sydney's Inner West, transforming a former industrial rail yard into a vibrant and highly functional urban green space. It's a testament to urban renewal, offering a!wide range of facilities that cater to the entire community. The playground has been vandalised, the sand and water 💧 feature water pump has been unscrewed and is sitting on the ground. The council has put the top of the pump back on the water feature but didn't connect it to water 😕 making the main feature of the playground worthless Park Facilities and Playground The park's design is all about multi-purpose use. There are two sports fields, multi-purpose courts for netball, basketball, and futsal, and a variety of other amenities like BBQ areas, picnic tables, and sheltered seating. The park's wide-ranging walking and cycling paths, stretching for approximately 14 kilometers, are a major highlight, providing excellent connections to other suburbs and the city. The new facilities building includes change rooms, showers, and a kiosk, which are a great benefit for sports clubs and visitors. The playground is a standout feature, designed with a creative and engaging aesthetic. It includes different sections for play, such as a water/sand area, climbing structures, and a small basketball court. One of the most praised elements is the "Hills Hoist inspired water play unit", which adds a unique, nostalgic charm. The playground's central piece, the SkyBlocks Kubus Triple, is a large, Australian-made structure that blends industrial design with engaging play, fostering social interaction and creative fun for children of all ages. I saw 3 trampolines next to each other surrounded by protective surface which i have never seen anywhere else, i saw children real enjoying themselves on the trampolines. The playground has been cleverly though out design. Making it easier for children to young to enjoy regular playground equipment be able to play long side old children 😀 and hard to use sections for the older children. Hopefully all new playgrounds are this well designed enabling social interaction and creative fun for children of all ages Nearby Attractions Rozelle Parklands is well-integrated into the local area and provides easy access to a number of other attractions. You can take a leisurely stroll or bike ride along the paths to enjoy panoramic views of Black Wattle Bay and the Anzac Bridge. The park also provides a great starting point for walks that lead past the Sydney Fish Market. For those looking to explore further, the park is easily accessible via the Rozelle Light Rail station, which connects to the broader public transport network. The restrooms 🚻 were very clean.

Nice open area with playing fields, playgrounds and cycle paths. There are public toilets here. Also a great spot to watch the NYE fireworks from.

Nice kids playground with different sections to play such as water/sand area, climb/slide, little basketball court, and tracks to ride bicycle or walking path for a nice leisurely stroll. Nice and clean. Good day out with family. In the afternoon on a weekend there were plenty of street parking.

Great addition to Sydney's Parks. Had a great stroll through the park. A lot of the plants haven't grown to full maturity yet but I can see the potential. Beautiful little garden full of natives and a neat little water feature. Lots of amenities available from exercise machines, playground equipment, BBQ, shelter and ping pong tables. I made it a day by walking the black wattle Bay passing th fish markets and over the Anzac bridge. Great place to start and end the walk. Local light rail stops here so it's easy to access without a car. Plenty of bike paths to reach this park and diverges to many other places too. It does seem there is still. More construction ongoing to add a few more things to this park.

Lovely new park, great playground for young kids. There is plenty of seating and greenery, some covered areas with an electric bbq, massive oval for cricket and other sports. Congratulations to all involved in this project.
