Dog rules

Inner West Council's "Dog exercise areas" page states: "By law, dogs must be on a leash in public places unless the area is a designated off-leash area." Inner West Council publishes a list of gazetted off-leash areas; this venue is not on that list, so the council's general on-leash rule applies under the NSW Companion Animals Act 1998. The park is a little one. There is a bench, an olive tree and some grass. The two best things are the stepping stones for new parkour enthusiasts and the moonman statue. Clever people add “masks” to the moonman to celebrate the lives of singers. This is very cute.
