Dog rules

Inner West Council's "Dog exercise areas" page states: "By law, dogs must be on a leash in public places unless the area is a designated off-leash area." Inner West Council publishes a list of gazetted off-leash areas; this venue is not on that list, so the council's general on-leash rule applies under the NSW Companion Animals Act 1998. Medium sized kids play area (fairy new), 2 cricket nets, and dog play area. Good for family football and soccer practices too. Very good neighbourhood park.

Underrated little park in the heart of summer hill. Features a recently refurbished park (with shade sail), multiple seats, two large flat grassed areas, cricket nets, water bubbler and mature trees. Underused as far as inner west parks go. Well worth a visit. Appropriate equipment for toddlers and up. No toilets.

Quiet peaceful child friendly reserve, other than flight path noise

Great little park. Not very busy. Cricket nets and ball sports wall. Swing and slide a favourite with the kids. Plenty of green space for picnics and ball games.

Great park for cricket training. Anyone is welcome to show up for cricket practice on Tuesdays from 530pm during the cricket season.
