Frankie & Mo's is a pub in Blackheath. We don't yet have enough signals to confirm whether dogs are allowed. It's best to check with the venue before visiting with your dog. Just 300m away, Blackheath Memorial Park is a great nearby park for a walk with your dog.

We came to Frankie & Mo's as part of my friend's hens weekend, and we had such a great experience! It was so beautiful sitting in the front room. The food was amazing, the drinks were so good - we especially loved the sparkling rose. And the service was fantastic. Highly recommend if you're wondering where to go for dinner in Blackheath! Also, the wine store is a must visit, such a great array of wines to take home.

Delicious food! We got the Red Mullet, the beef carpaccio, and the borlotti beans, along with some bread to soak up the juices from the beans. It was fantastic. The wine was good too. Reasonably priced: only 106 AUD for 2 people, including 1 glass of wine.

I came with a booking and felt uncomfortable from the moment I arrived. I stood at the entrance for 5–10 minutes with no greeting until I had to walk up to the kitchen to get someone’s attention — really awkward and unwelcoming. Service stayed slow: 15 mins for a cold, overly oily soup, another 25 mins for bread, and about 40 mins for our salads, even though 2 other tables who arrived and ordered later got theirs first. The menu was limited and so the food items were the same as we have ordered. The fish salad was extremely salty itself, with visible salt chunks on top, and there was even a bone in the fish (see photos). When I mentioned it while paying, the staff coldly replied “oh, it’s really fresh,” then after a slight pause gave a sarcastic “sorry.” At fine dining prices, that’s just unacceptable. As an Asian diner, I couldn’t help but feel a lack of warmth and subtle microaggressions throughout. Overall, a disappointing and uncomfortable experience from start to finish.

The best dining experience of my year thus far! Incredible food - so fresh, inventive, yummy, hearty and delicious. Honestly couldn’t pick a favourite dish. So much love, care and creativity has been poured into the menu, so excited that it changes every week - I can’t wait to come back and try what’s next. Blown away by the current chef, Leila - what a powerhouse. And on top of this, such a beautiful venue and friendly service. Felt so at home and cared for. We will be back, with friends in tow. Can’t recommend this gem enough. If you’re in the mountains, you have to go!

Lovely local wine bar and restaurant with a rotating roster of chefs. Food is interesting from a short menu. Wines are pretty unique. We had a lovely bottle of local Semillon. We'd return.
