Shout out to Francisco (Pepe). He has been a consistent and reliable part of the Carbón crew for some time now, and it shows. His knowledge is impressive, from mezcal to the menu, and he seamlessly works the floor, greeting and seating new arrivals while also taking orders and managing the bar with ease. Customer service is a definite standout. We’ve been coming to Carbón since it first opened & often bring our dog with us, so outdoor seating is a must. Top tip: book ahead, as it’s frequently busy. The food and drink specials are fantastic. From taco nights to steak nights, and the bottomless options, watch out! Can’t forget their happy hour & if you’re a part of the Happy Hour Club, Carbón is on the list too for those extra happy hour deals. You’ll leave completely full of both food and drinks, with incredible value for money. The menu features a huge range of delicious margaritas, from jalapeño to mango and everything in between, as well as an excellent selection of regional and tasting mezcals. His recommendations are always spot-on. It’s always great to be welcomed by a friendly, familiar face at your local bar. Customer service is truly on point.

Wow. Amazing place! We went for bottomless and had the best time. Francisco and his team were outstanding and looked after us so well. The food was delicious and the drinks were always topped up. The house margs were sublime and there were plenty of other options as well. Will definitely be returning !

We had an amazing experience! The tacos and guacamole were absolutely delicious, and the margaritas were perfect. The service was top-notch — the manager went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. Definitely one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a while. Highly recommend

Having dinner at Carbon was such an amazing experience! 🌟 The food was absolutely wonderful, you must try the chicken, oh my god, chef’s kiss 👌. The chimichurri tasted like it came straight from heaven. I also had one octopus taco, and it was a solid 10/10. The drinks were lovely, and the vibe of the place is very cool. Definitely give it a try if you get the chance!

Best Mexican I have had in a long time and that's compared to some restaurants in Los Angeles and Sydney. It's not your typical Mexican food it's modern Mexican ... much healthier and not the usual rice and bean dishes that taste all the same... the food here is superb quality every single dish issue we had was Amazing... the steaks , octopus , corn, deserts ! Friendly Service, great music, and good atmosphere
