⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ETHEUS – SIMPLY OUTSTANDING! We hosted our Kemenys Christmas Party at Etheus Bondi Beach, and I honestly can’t rate this place highly enough. From the moment we arrived, Aasha’s attention to detail was exceptional. She organised every element of the night beautifully — smooth, thoughtful, and incredibly well-coordinated. The food was superb — fresh, generous, and absolutely delicious. The beverage service was flawless, quick, friendly, and constant throughout the evening. A huge shoutout to Lily, who oversaw the night with absolute ease. Always smiling, always in control — she was fantastic. We missed Jules, who had the night off, but she was definitely part of the spirit of the place. And Matt… what a star! He ran the bar like Tom Cruise in “Cocktail” — pure entertainment and skill. The guests loved him. Every single one of our guests had a brilliant time. The atmosphere, the hospitality, the execution — everything was first-class. If you’re planning an event, dinner, or celebration, Etheus should be at the top of your list. Couldn’t recommend it more highly!

What a pleasure it was to eat here. Not only was the service extraordinary and by the liveliest waitresses, general manager and Aasha the coordinator but the food was exceptional and very good value. The bill was extremely reasonable and we ate very well. The dips, the bread, the lamb and the dessert all impressive. I highly recommend Friday lunch. Thankyou to the team

Excellent dining experience with friends, the grain salad, absolutely delicious and a must, the coconut prawns were the best I ever tasted, as well as the succulent lamb, and tasty stuffed peppers, and another hero came out in the sweets, amazing filo custard bomb - wow - I’ll definitely be back again, can’t wait 😊

Couldn’t recommend this restaurant more! We went to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and had the loveliest evening- the staff went above and beyond to look after us and the food and service was 100/10. We definitely ate too much food but we will 100% be returning to try the rest of the menu it was so good 😍 thanks so much for the best evening! If you are local this is a must try!!✨

The new bondi addition! Previously the Promonade restaurant which has been turned into a dimly lit Greek with a great vibe and a superb menu. As always we order too much as the menu is extensive and all delicious. Saganaki, Greek salad, taramsalata and fresh warm pita. We could have stopped there! The fish was superb as was the generous portion of lamb. Potato fries crispy and lovely. Worth the money and the visit.
