The food I ate was delicious, and Mr. Osman, one of the staff members, was a very polite and humble gentleman. I would like to thank him for the wonderful food he prepared and for his pleasant conversation.

Hands down one of my favourite spots on Bondi Road. The three owners are incredibly welcoming and make you feel at home the moment you walk in. ​Special shoutout to Osman, who is a true master of his craft - the coffee is consistently perfect. And Mehmet is an absolute gem, always up for a friendly chat. ​The real 'pro move' here? You get a Biscoff biscuit with every coffee. It sounds like a small detail, but for me, it’s the decisive difference that sets 3 Steps apart from the rest. Great vibe, great people, and the best caffeine kick in Bondi. Highly recommended!

Absolutely terrible food — the worst spaghetti I’ve ever had. The pasta was overcooked and mixed with ketchup (yes, ketchup!), and the meat tasted like the cheapest. On top of that, the old man’s customer service was awful, rude and unfriendly. The only good thing was the young guy making the coffees; he did a great job. Do yourself a favour and eat somewhere decent in Bondi — you’ll thank me later.
