Dined here a few times over the last month and have thoroughly enjoyed every visit. The food is lovely, full of flavour, delicious, and always interesting. The service has been great each time, and I especially love the margarita offer 😊. It’s a beautiful venue with a fantastic atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back! The Empanada is a must try

How have we lived here and never before visited with a very reasonable $65 tasting menu serving Spanish tapas that are exquisitely prepared and promptly served. Bread, steak, kingfish Crudo, and even cheesecake. A lovely view over Coogee beach makes for a lovely atmosphere

To begin: The venue is quite small and was packed. Nevertheless the music was turned up so loud that I had to shout to my partner who was sitting 6" from me. This, apart from being unpleasant led to the rest of the problems with this place. Whilst the wait staff were polite and professional, the noise level (presumably) led to a great deal of confusion with the ordering. Out of the 6 dishes we ordered, 4 were evidently misheard and substituted with different dishes. For example a calamari dish was substituted with garlic prawns, and empanadas never arrived. Same for the drinks; a whisky sour became an Amaretto sour. Annoying but not fatal. Then the wine. The wine list was full, with some good wines. What really, really annoyed me was the house wine being falsely labelled. We ordered an Italian Red, Chianti from the wine list. When the bottle arrived, it had a screw closure (not really used in Italy, so I looked closer). House wine made for Merivale. As for the patronage, the Mutton was dressed as Lamb and the Lamb dressed as strippers (I'm told I'm being disrespectful to strippers). "Una Mas" means "one more" no thanks.

We booked last minute and sat at the bar. The bartender and staff were ultra friendly and lovely. Food was absolutely incredible! But the cheesecake!! I dream about this cheesecake, it was to die for. I drool thinking about it. The only thing is we were a bit disappointed in was the sangria. It was 3 little mouthfuls for the price. But we just switched to wine, which was amazing! Overall had a great experience and can’t wait to visit again!!

Loved the great variety of tapas and the beautiful view of Coogee Beach. The staff were really attentive, but since it gets quite busy and the tables are close together, it can be quite noisy.
