As a part of my Sperm Donation Australia Tour of NSW, I visited here pregame before the Sixers vs Hurricanes final at the SCG. Pregame wise didnt seem like much fans here just general patrons. This is multi story venue I liked the rooftop area had a nice vibe to it.
4.5/5 Great variety on the menu - chow mein, sweet and sour pork and dumplings were our favourite, generous portions and a nice and casual vibe. Cold beer and delicious cocktails. Only complaint we have was that everything was slightly salty.
Absolutely love this place! It has a proper vibe, extended beer list above the bar and serves the best spice bags in town. Always a good idea before a Swans game, game of the Roosters or the Tahs. Even when no one is playing, they have always something on. Highly recommend this one!
A succulent Chinese meal - Let’s just start with the prawn toast. Holy mackerel 😋 Easy T and the boys from the kitchen took our flavour palettes on a journey and each bite more succulent and delicious. Coming back for flavour parcels soon!! Things got quite fruity.. like the beer menu… would have loved to wash it down with an icy cold VB, Carlton, coopers you know the drill…. Stumbled onto a pale ale… 50/50. Karaokê, footy; good stuff 9/10
Finally tried the Irish Spice Bag at Taphouse and now I get the hype. Absolutely nailed it, though I suspect it was the perfect one for my taste that made the difference. Paired it with a Bloody Mary and a glass of Riesling and it all just worked. Friendly staff topped it off. Easy five stars.
