Nice stop for a coffee, cake, meals made fresh on site, and grocery essentials. Friendly staff, excellent coffee, and sweet lemon meringue tarts. Outdoor seating. At times a busy place but quiet relax easily found between rush times 😌 At times crazy Eastern suburbs car escapades to be witnessed at the street corner.

Terrible experience all around. The coffee was awful and the staff seem like they'd rather be anywhere else - a smile would go a long way! The food was unbelievable... in a bad way. It seemed like no one knew what they were doing, and the lack of gloves when handling food was a major hygiene concern. This place is in dire need of a good cleaning and some serious staff training

Saw the ratings for this coffee shop were low but I still came to get a coffee. Well I just paid $5 for the worst piccolo I've had. Even McDonald's has better coffee. Barista looked like she was 17 and this coffee is so bitter it is undrinkable. I'm leaving a review here as it's clear they know they have the monopoly being the only shop here and this poor quality for this area is unacceptable. Coffee shot is very poor, the milk isn't even frothed properly.

Richies has my highest Cafe recommendation. I usually come here once a week and I look forward to it every time. The food is good and reasonably priced; the interior has a cozy ambiance, kept warm in Winter and cool in Summer; there are free daily newspapers to read at the tables and above all, the service is impeccable! Kalpit is always friendly and happy to have a quick chat, a wonderful person and the rest of the staff, from Sudip, to Prabina and Bishal etc etc are always welcoming to myself and the Doctor when we come in. Oh and the tea is not only well-brewed, but served in a beautiful pot, that along with some hot water, provides multiple cups of tea...the best value for cafe tea in Sydney! ☕️

Bacon and egg roll was one of the worst I’ve ever had, stale bread, super fatty bacon, over cooked eggs and hardly any sauce. Will not be going back for $16 with a coffee it was shocking.
