Loftus Reserve is a small local reserve at Darling Point with a quiet, residential setting. Dogs are welcome on-leash, kept clear of playgrounds and food areas, and it makes an easy spot for a short walk. It is a simple pocket of green close to the harbour rather than a destination park. A low-key on-leash reserve in the area.
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when in public unless in a sign-posted off-leash area. Dogs are prohibited within 10 metres of children's play areas, within 10 metres of food preparation/consumption areas (except outdoor dining), from school grounds and childcare centres. Dog owners must clean up after their dogs. Source: Woollahra Municipal Council – Walking Your Dog (woollahra.nsw.gov.au/Services/Animals-and-Pets/Walking-Your-Dog)
Just a super place to take a photo, especially sunsets. And the chair is usually empty for a nice place to relax.
Tiny park nestled between the streets, with just enough room to swing a cat. But great views from the park bench towards the Harbour Bridge and glimpses of the Opera House and Rushcutters Bay.
Relatively quiet. Small park mesteled at top of hill in Datling Point. It looks over Yarrannabe Park. Has a one bench. Can get hot during the day due to lack of trees, however there are heaps of bushes and trees that blocks off the walkway. Great for a relaxing time, picnic and scenic.
Sweet little neighborhood park with a splendid view towards the harbor bridge and the Opera!
