Tourists are not allowed to the Navy Base. This should have been clearly indicated so visitors are not confused or forced to take a detour.

Walking trails with great views. This place is also known as Sydney harbor national park south head. North head is visible from these trails. It is said that when Captain Cook discovered Australia and arrived for the first time, he entered the continent from this little ocean gap between north and south heads.
