Harry Howard Reserve is a local off-leash reserve at Crows Nest with a designated off-leash area. In keeping with North Sydney's parks, dogs are welcome off-leash under effective control. It is a quiet, handy spot for a run close to home. A simple neighbourhood off-leash reserve.

Dog rules

All North Sydney Council parks are off-leash by default. Dogs must be leashed in bushland areas (Wildlife Protection Area).
