Blaxland Riverside Park is one of the best family-friendly parks in Sydney. The park is very clean, spacious, and well-maintained with beautiful river views and relaxing walking tracks. The playground area is excellent for kids, with plenty of activities and safe play equipment. There are also good picnic spots, BBQ facilities, and open spaces for families and friends to enjoy together. Parking and public facilities are convenient, making it a great place for weekend outings. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable outdoor experience.

This park is a massive favorite for the kids, especially during the holidays, though it’s definitely not a quiet escape. The big draw here is the giant swing structure—it’s unique and usually where my kids spend most of their time. The spinning wheel is also a huge hit. Because the park is always so busy, you actually get a lot of kids on it at once with parents helping to push, which creates a kind of energy you just don't get at smaller local parks. The whole area looks great and there’s plenty of space to run around. I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because of the parking situation. It can be a real struggle to find a spot when it’s crowded, which is pretty much all the time on weekends. It’s worth the trip for the play equipment alone, just be prepared for the crowds and maybe give yourself some extra time to circle for a park.

A big open playground space that is great for kids to run around. It is suitable for primary school age kids. There are some picnic area and a kiosk seeking refreshments. This playground lacks toilet and water fountain, they are require a long walk from the main play area.

I absolutely loved visiting Blaxland Riverside Park. I felt that the park catered well for everyone. There are walking and running tracks as well as picnic spots for adults and a large playground for kids. The playground has many different types of equipment and a lot to do. It is well maintained, very clean and modern. The park is very well planned out, has ample shade and amenities as well as a good mix of nature and buildings. The park is easy to get to as well. I would highly recommend visiting here!
