Beautiful place to hang out with family and kids. This garden is a spider’s and flying fox’s paradise. Limited parking on front and decent parking at the rear of the garden.
Located at 104R President Avenue, Caringbah South, New South Wales, Australia 🇦🇺 These are such beautiful gardens. They are over 50 years old. I didn’t know it existed before today and to say I was pleasantly surprised would be an understatement. It was so beautiful to wander through the flora and fauna and look at all the beautiful flowers and trees and other different ornaments was so lovely. There’s great parking 🅿️ available but I imagine on the weekends it would be quite crowded and the parking would fill quite quickly. There’s a great little cafe at the top of the gardens called “The Jade Teahouse”. We didn’t go there but it looked nice. The walking paths are quite easy to follow but if you have mobility issues or in a wheelchair 🦼, you could have an issue as there are quite a lot of stairs and the gardens are on a sometimes steep, sloping site. Both the top and bottom parts of the garden are accessible but the winding paths and stairs in the middle separate these parts. There’s a small children’s playground next to the cafe, it’s a little dated but still good for the children to enjoy. There’s good toilet 🚻 facilities also, the accessible toilets are next to the lower entrance. There’s an abundance of wildlife around the garden and I loved the small bridges and the gazebo’s. It’s FREE to enter the gardens and FREE parking. The Gardens open Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 4.00pm On Saturday and Sunday from 9.30am to 5.30pm I would definitely recommend these Gardens. Thumbs Up from me! 👍👍👍👍
Just lovely kept ground. Beautiful setting to relax in for a stroll or a picnic or even a meal at the tea house within the grounds. A hidden gem.
For me it was amazing to visit these gardens because I come from europe and you can not see creatures like these walking in a park or a garden. The sleeping bats hanging off trees was one of my favorites. We saw couple of easter water dragons, absolutely harmless and super cute. We saw a long neck little turtle, a lot of ducks and cockatoos , ibises and other birds. I've learned that bats are pollinators just like bees and that was educational visit as well. Loved it
I have attended this location before, but this time the gardens looked outstanding !! Great maintenance snd imagination, and the generous amount of rain over winter probably didnt hurt 🤓 Lots of different aspects, and picnic tables .. go check it out with your family !! Dont try to review the cafe at the park on the socials, because they have a sign outside telling you to not do that. My guess is that will not happen 🤣
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
