Perfect place for any kind of dinner/lunch, they were finished doing food and made an exception for us. They were so kind and served amazing tasting drinks and Mexican food which is my favourite! They also had a beautiful little puppy called Freddy which we were allowed to hang out with, he made the night and all the customers so happy! Would recommend to anyone.

We went for the first time tonight and I must say from the moment we walked in the experience was great. The service was really laid back but really friendly which made it better. The food was incredible so much so even the kids ate their dinner. Everything was really fresh and packed with so much flavour. We will absolutely return

So this review is purely on service, food was great and had no complaints. Now I called this business and left my number to try and discuss our experience before leaving this review with no communication as yet. We attempted to "walk" in without a reservation at 625 on friday the 6th and was asked to come back in 30mins, so we jumping in the car went to the beach to go for a walk, while doing this we jumped online and were able to book a table for either 630 or 645 so headed back, booking a table for 645 as we had now driven too far to make the 630 booking. First response was "oh you are back", to our response yeah we were able to book a table online, in retrospect we should have left but my partner desperately wanted nachos 😀 The lady took us to a table and then said, i will be back with menus "when I can" - second red flag. Before she left we asked if we need to order at the counter or will someone take our order, she responded that she would be back to take our order. 15mims goes by we have collected menus and set aside, we gave every non verbal cue that we were ready to order, another staff member comes down to clear a table for a new set of customers and I ask if we can order, that server was lovely, she takes our order, now the original server that this post is about comes down and welcomes the new couple and takes there order when they gave the same non verbal cues that we did within 5mins of them being seated. Drinks and our first meal come out with 10mins but the nachos took 45mins from ordering, which whatever they were busy but no follow up no asking of we wanted to order more drinks, nothing. Now keep in mind the above, we got absolutely no service unless we asked. I got up and paid and asked for a take away container as my partner could not finish his nachos, got back to our table and got up to leave, the original server was downstairs attending to the other customers, then preceded to ask us "How was everything and did you pay ?" As we were walking out the door. This server ignored us the whole night her attitude towards us was unfair and unnecessary and the only interaction apart from the her being extremely unwelcoming was to accuse us of stealing. Three people had left within moments of us with her not approaching them asking if they settled their bill. So I am asking the same question I asked on my message when I left you my number to call and discuss What did we dofor you to have you treat us the way you did ?

My family and I love Mexican food. Were excited about trying Birria Tacos. We needed to book at Taco Loco as the Restaurant is very popular. Overall, I'd say they were just disorganized. The staff were friendly but clearly not on top of things. When we arrived, there wasn't anyone to greet us. It took twenty minutes for someone to take our order. Drinks came quite slowly and not together. We had to request a glass of ice three times before it finally arrived with the food. Unfortunately, the food took an hour to arrive. I understand it was peak season and Friday night, but even still. Mexican is supposed to be quick food. Most of us had Beef Birria Tacos. They were okay, but each serving came with just two small tacos, a tiny slice of lime and consume. For the price, it wasn't enough food for dinner. My son had fish tacos which were okay, but the fish was overcooked. My wife was the happiest, having Nachos. Even then, we were told she couldn't have beef twenty minutes after she had ordered it. In the end, she was very happy with her meal, but the rest of us felt underwhelmed. Maybe we just went on a bad night. We want Mexican restaurants to succeed, hence the feedback.

We ordered the loaded nachos and blackened bean tacos. We were not disappointed. The nachos was absolutely delicious and a generous amount. The tacos were surprisingly good. I’ve never had a bean taco but it was great. The place had run out of a few things because they were slammed during the day, including the Mexican cola I wanted. They ended up giving us our drinks for free and didn’t charge us extra on the additions to the nachos. That was unexpected. Highly recommend this cafe!
