Dog rules

Dogs are welcome on-leash at Nick Bunt Reserve, a Shoalhaven City Council park. Under the NSW Companion Animals Act 1998, dogs must be kept on a lead and under effective control in public places throughout the Shoalhaven, except in Council's designated off-leash areas. Dogs are prohibited within 10 metres of children's play equipment and food preparation areas.

When I first saw this listed I never knew where or what Nick Bunt was it is a great spot for a morning walk to feed the ducks! Some people I notice don't have dogs on leads which is of great concern! 😒

Walk is okay but some of the path is stuff from the basin...

Great spot to sit and be quiet. Bit soggy at the moment due to the rains, great place to do a walk around the basin

Nice spot to sit back and watch the water wildlife past you by. Only down side is the rubbish some people leave lying around and the mud and water because of the rain.
