Bonaira Native Gardens
Bonaira Native Gardens is an on-leash walking trail through native bushland in Kiama. The sealed track has a gentle incline for part of the route, with benches along the way and grassed areas for picnicking. Dogs must stay on the perimeter footpaths. The shade and native plantings make it a pleasant walk even on warm days.

What people say
Gorgeous shady walk through a beautiful forest. Lots of benches to have a sit as well as bigger grassed areas for picnicking. It's dog friendly with dog bowls scattered throughout and a free doggy bag and bin system.
Plenty of space for games and picnics. Nice paths through bush gardens great for kids to run around playing chasies or hide-and-seek. No toilets!
A hidden gem. Sealed track with slight elevation for half of it but suitable for prams. You can walk your dog here. Lovely natural native trees and bush and can hear the birds. So relaxing. No signs so bit hard to find. It’s right next the sporting fields. Worth coming to get away from the touristy areas
Nice spot to take have a short wander. One section is quite steep to get up but still should be fine for almost everyone. Unfortunately it's not a loop so you have to turn around and come back when you get to the end. Lots of space just off the track to kick a ball around and also a couple of tables for a picnic or something.
What a lovely walk and garden this is. Native vegetation, walking paths (reasonably flat but maybe not accessibly so) and lawn areas with bench seats and lots of little nooks and cranny's to sit and read or write or read and write or draw and listen to a podcast, or write and listen to a game of a league or test cricket... Options are as endless as these gardens are beautiful and with such promise.
