I’ve given them several opportunities considering people sometimes are having a bad day but the lady making coffees is generally aways rude and grumpy. I am not asking for a service with smile or anything but a polite tone is appreciated in return when customers are polite to you.
Ordered a coffee skim latte with 2 sugars and because I asked for an extra sugar after I paid $6 for my coffee and then get told it’s an extra 50cents??? Are you kidding me, unfortunately I didn’t have time to question it but went to my appointment and we were all shocked and disappointed for an extra teaspoon of sugar you want to charge 50cents. Next time I will sugar it at home or better still refuse to get ripped off
Loved this cute cafe! Great friendly service. Coffee is made really well. The quiche was yum and home baked. The best salad ever! Can't wait to go back there when we visit Kiama again. Sit in or out. Close to surf beach. A great vibe!
The cafe style food at The Grumpy Bunny isn't too bad. The buns they use for the burgers could be improved somewhat. I'm also not a fan of the rockets as the salad for the Bunny Burger and the Beef Burger as I prefer lettuce. There could also be a bit more sauce to improve the flavours of the burgers. The toasted crossaint was OK and strawberry matcha and iced chocolate beverages were OK too. The cookie 🍪 was yummy. Regards @fooderarri
