Church Point is a dog-friendly park in Kiama where dogs are welcome on lead. Fillmore’s is also around 300 metres away for a post-walk coffee. Some conditions apply, so it's worth checking the rules before you visit.

Dog rules

Dogs are permitted on-leash on the footpaths around the outside perimeter of this park only. Dogs are not permitted in park interiors. Dogs are also prohibited — on or off leash — within 10 metres of children's playground equipment, within 10 metres of public barbeques and kiosks, on sports fields, ovals and courts during organised sport, and in public bathing areas. Kiama's designated off-leash areas are listed on the council's off-leash areas page.

After visiting the blow hole, we continued the walk along the coast visiting church, there was no one around, a less visited area, however well worth the walk, continuing onto the surf beach

Popular walk around the coast with sporting grounds on one side and ocean views the other. Exposed and windy when the southerly is blowing.

Part of the Kiama coastal walk that wraps around the showground, this is a lovely spot to watch the moon or sunrise or to contemplate the ocean and the waves
