I have rated this place 2.5 stars. Went here for some coffee and light bites. The caramel macchiato was served hot, had a nice level of sweetness, and the coffee flavor was really good. The staff were friendly and the service was fast, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the spinach and cheese roll was very disappointing. I understand it’s likely pre-made and just heated up, but the taste was very underwhelming. The ones you can get at 7-11 or service stations is way better. The filling didn’t have any noticeable cheese flavor and tasted like bland, mushy spinach paste. The pastry wasn’t crispy at all — it was soggy and plain, almost like eating a soft tortilla wrap rather than a flaky pastry. I wouldn’t order it again, but I might come back for the coffee only.
I had a wonderful experience at Starbucks thanks to the amazing baristas Nathan and Joe. They are truly passionate about what they do and it really shows in the way they serve customers. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcomed and has a great experience. Their positive attitude and dedication reflect how much they genuinely love their job. Thank you, Nathan and Joe, for making my visit so enjoyable. Keep up the fantastic work!
$9.20 Hazelnut Ice Shaken Espresso is filled with 70 percent Ice. Damm thing was so cold I couldn't drink it inside Starbucks. Sell coffee not the ICE!!!
A Castle Towers Gem: Sweet Starbucks ☕️ I've been a loyal customer at the Castle Towers Starbucks since my early twenties, and it's a spot I've grown quite fond of. My go-to Venti drinks are always on point, and their doughnuts and pastries hit the spot with their sweet, indulgent vibe. The savouries are also really good. Did you know? The bakery half-price special after 3 pm is a nice touch, too – always a win for budget-conscious days. The Brown Sugar Cookie Coffee Frappuccino I had is a fave of mine, but fair warning: Starbucks drinks can be super sweet, sometimes too much so. But that's kinda what they're known for, right? Also, this drink had a lot of caffeine, so it was a lot of sensory overwhelm at first! The real magic's in the crew, though – they know me by name (thanks to the whole name-on-cup thing), and the service is great. It's one reason I keep coming back – they nail the customer vibe (which is what Starbucks, just generally around the world, is known for). The cafe's small, clean, and has a fun, cosy feel – perfect for catching up with friends, or plus ones. Sure, prices can be a bit steep, but specials pop up, and the app's points system is a nice perk (when there's no tech issues). Only one photo (sorry)! But trust me, this Starbucks is a legit gem in The Hills Shire. Maybe I'm biased (it is my favourite Sydney Starbucks by far), but I'd definitely come back.
The iced green tea latte (matcha) with oat milk and vanilla sweet cream cold foam is a 10/10 drink. Nice and sweet. P.S. please don’t change the cups to cardboard.
