Huntlee District Park One is a dog-friendly park in North Rothbury with plenty of shade. Just 450m away, Huntlee Tavern is a nearby spot to stop in after your walk.
Easily one of the best parks in the area, something for all kids. You can ride a bike around the tracks, there is a dog park, cafe, sandpit, small slides and equipment for toddlers, swings, climbing nets for big kids inside the buildings, big flying fox, small flying fox, small climbing net, shaded seating.
Great playground with fun for all ages decent amount of shade for the hot summer days.
Great size playground with so much to do, plus a cafe and toilets. Stopped here on the way out of Hunter Valley before the long drive back to Sydney with our two kids and a lot of energy was exerted! Would definitely return when we’re next in the area.
Such a great park with a huge variety of different place spaces. The attention to little details like diggers in the sand pit is especially fun. It’s also wonderful to see a park with lots of swings and slides! It is always well maintained and clean.
Wonderful large area for families with great swings including flying fox even for adults. We saw kangaroo near trees and had great subway lunch across the road and also Maccas is there and Coles and Huntlee Tavern. Coffee shop restaurant is on site.
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
