Victoria Park is a Council park managed by Cessnock City Council. It is not a designated off-leash area, so dogs must be on-leash and under effective control at all times, and must stay at least 10 metres from children's play equipment. Great space for families to use. It is used quite frequently, shame council wants to develop it with more housing. Greta is a small community with very little infrastructure to accommodate more new housing & families. Isnt Wyndham ridge enough
