Not a bad park. Has a number of different playing fields. The place has Two play areas but second (an all abilities fenced area) is hidden off road that goes beside the big sundial.

Cook Park is a great sporting facility. I wish the vandals would stop ripping the synthetic long jump track up on the edges. The flood plain excludes a synthetic track being built and that's what is stopping this facility from being 5 stars unfortunately. With that, the facility could be the home of athletics in the Upper Hunter but without it athletes will continue to travel to Maitland and Glendale. We'll continue to support the local facility with Hilary Kennedy around, she is amazing and drives what Athletics is in not only Singleton but for track and field athletes in surrounding suburbs.
