We ordered three pretzels. The salted pretzel was good. However, i’m sorry to say that I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this cafe. There were 2 hairs found, one blonde hair in the cheese pretzel, and one brunette hair strand in the salted plain pretzel. Obviously we were unwilling to finish our food once discovering this. When we addressed this to the staff at the front, the girls had nothing to say.

Delish way to start the day. Wished the banana bread would be more moist.

I really wanted to love this place. We drove over on the recommendation of a friend who said we have to try the cinnamon pretzels. We arrived not long before close & there was only one other couple there so not busy. I ordered a coffee & the cinnamon pretzel. Staff were friendly & happy, which I do love to see. Problem is, we got to the car to eat our pretzel only to find it was salted not cinnamon. 😞 I should probably have realised earlier because once you know, you can see the salt granules on the pretzel, but I wasn’t really paying attention. By the time we realised, it was after 7pm so no opportunity to rectify. So disappointed. It wasn’t bad, in fact it was pretty tasty, but it’s not what I wanted or ordered. I doubt we will be back over this was anytime soon as we only come to the Nock if we have business over here, but if we do come back over I’ll try again because I was legit addicted to the Auntie Ann cinnamon pretzels when I was in the US. Coffee was good. She made it exactly how I asked (served warm so I don’t have to wait for my caffeine).

I adore this place. Literally the best coffee in Cessnock. My go-to when I am in the plaza. The açai & smoothies are great as well. Definitely worth a visit.

coffee is great and they don't burn the oat milk! they're always down for a chat plus the local bouquets by Vine & Branches are stunning (and long lasting!)
