Cremorne Point is a beautiful headland with a dramatic feel. The lighthouse and rocky shoreline give the area a rugged character, especially with harbour views all around. There’s a small park that’s great for little kids, and having public toilets right next to it is very convenient. Public transport access is excellent, with both buses and ferry services making it easy to get to without a car. Overall, it’s a lovely spot for a relaxed walk, photos, or a quiet break by the water.

We visited Cremorne Reserve as a family of 7 adults and 1 one year young on 30 Dec. Some of us had been here before. It can be challenging to find a car park, which are free for several hours. We were guided by a kind couple who were leaving, and asked us to follow them! May God bless such folks! In addition to gorgeous views of Sydney Harbour which the reserve offers, there are some other positive aspects: 1. Places to sit and relax- both in sun and under tree-shades 2. Public toilets 3. Water fountain 4. Coffee shop / cafe nearby in the wharf 5. Good public transport- by bus 225 or by Ferry from Circular Quay 6. Nice walkways 7. An ocean bath nearby, which is free to use by all. Sydney is indeed fortunate to have such lovely places so accessible by everyone- for free.

Amazing views if the city and harbour, especially at night. The BEST place to see the NYE fireworks from, without having to camp all day, 100%!

Quiet little garden that’s about 2km flat walk along the harbour. Some stairs but fine for little ones and prams. Small cafe serving coffee and cookies at the ferry pier (ferry is closed as of 2025 for a new whalf

One of my favorite walking tracks in Sydney. The western walkway offers gorgeous sea views of the Opera house and the Harbour Bridge, while the eastern walkway faces elegant Mosman Bay. Most part is flat, very easy to walk on.
