Cremorne Point is a beautiful headland with a dramatic feel. The lighthouse and rocky shoreline give the area a rugged character, especially with harbour views all around. There’s a small park that’s great for little kids, and having public toilets right next to it is very convenient. Public transport access is excellent, with both buses and ferry services making it easy to get to without a car. Overall, it’s a lovely spot for a relaxed walk, photos, or a quiet break by the water.
We visited Cremorne Reserve as a family of 7 adults and 1 one year young on 30 Dec. Some of us had been here before. It can be challenging to find a car park, which are free for several hours. We were guided by a kind couple who were leaving, and asked us to follow them! May God bless such folks! In addition to gorgeous views of Sydney Harbour which the reserve offers, there are some other positive aspects: 1. Places to sit and relax- both in sun and under tree-shades 2. Public toilets 3. Water fountain 4. Coffee shop / cafe nearby in the wharf 5. Good public transport- by bus 225 or by Ferry from Circular Quay 6. Nice walkways 7. An ocean bath nearby, which is free to use by all. Sydney is indeed fortunate to have such lovely places so accessible by everyone- for free.
Cremorne Reserve is absolutely stunning! 🌳 I loved my visit there. The scenery was breathtaking, and it's such a peaceful escape. Highly recommend it! 🤩🌿✨
Enjoy the easy walk around Cremorne Pt. Coffee at the Ferry. Check out the lighthouse !
Amazing views if the city and harbour, especially at night. The BEST place to see the NYE fireworks from, without having to camp all day, 100%!
