Public Coffee

I came in this morning for the first time after my kids’ dentist appointment and OMG — the bacon and egg roll is hands down the best I’ve ever had! The coffee was absolutely delicious too. Super friendly staff and such a welcoming vibe. Thank you so much for making my day ☺️

Came here for a coffee because of the good review here. It was indeed very, very good. I was also blown away by their pasta. I had the bolognese, chicken mushroom avocado and chilli prawn pasta. All beautifully seasoned and the pasta cooked to perfection! Portion was generous and I left the cafe each time fully satisfied. Not to mention their service was excellent, and the place is not just ordinary clean, it was “Monica clean”! The cafe is a solid 5/5.

public coffee was such an unexpected, quaint coffee shop/restaurant… I was blown away by the quality of the pasta and drinks! amazing prices, even more amazing food. not to mention the kind service by all of the staff. I would totally come here all the time if it was closer to home!

A hidden gem in North Sydney, Public Coffee rewards customers who seek its hidden location down a lane across from North Sydney station. If you do find it you will be rewarded. Coffee is outstanding. Public source their beans from Primary Coffee. I have had 3 flat whites there the last week and each one has been consistently excellent. Creamy, good mouth feel with chocolate and caramel flavours coming through. Then there's the food, just outstanding. We have tried the prawn omelette, its as epic as an omelette can get. If you're up for lunch, go for the bulgogi pasta. It's spicy, and creamy with al dente spaghetti. Note you have a choice of pasta when you order. Plush banquettes and leather seats make it the perfect spot for a bougie 1:1, the best team lunch or an intimate lunch with your spouse like we enjoyed.

19/8/24 - 4 stars A hidden gem in North Syd. Introduced by a friend who works in the building and they definitely dish out some elite drinks. Staff are very friendly too! Strawberry matcha latte Flavour: SS, 9/10. I don't have much of a reference point but this was excellently well balanced and not overly sweet Consistency: SS, 9/10. Quite creamy yet smooth Value: B, 6/10. $9 is a little expensive though
