I had a very lovely experience at Balmain Coffee company at Katoomba , I had a 1 litter bottle of water , a packet of chips , a electrolyte drink , and a yoghurt with passionfruit in it , so good and lovely toilets , lovely people and service from staff , overall a great environment to be around and in , if you need food or drinks and petrol of course . Very happy 😊
Balmain Coffee at at the service stations in the Blue Mountains are the best cafes in the Blue Mountains and anywhere really. Best coffee. Great food options. Best doughnuts. The prices and deals are just phenomenal too (bacon and egg roll and coffee $10 and it’s a decent size roll too). Love!

The older man at the counter needs a raise in the Botany truck stop. Best customer service I’ve received. Kind and caring to everyone. What a legend.
The place was one of the cleanest and fanciest convenience store I have ever seen in Australia. The staff was nice as well. I loved their Portuguese egg tart so much I miss it right now. The coffee was not that good. But I would go back for their pastries!
