Swings and landscaped garden with outdoor gym equipment. Well maintained, no shade. No bathroom

Little suburban park with a swing set and outdoor gym, plenty of room for kids to kick a ball. Sadly some of the residents in the neighbouring unit complex don't pick up after their dogs.
