Dog rules

Inner West Council's "Dog exercise areas" page states: "By law, dogs must be on a leash in public places unless the area is a designated off-leash area." Inner West Council publishes a list of gazetted off-leash areas; this venue is not on that list, so the council's general on-leash rule applies under the NSW Companion Animals Act 1998. A green corner of nature brightens up a small street in a busy area. The area is well-maintained, and benches offer shade...

Calm and quiet park except for occasional sounds from drive by cars and aeroplanes. Spent an hour here after leaving the car at Tempe tyres. Really enjoyed the 'me time'.
