A getaway from the rat race in Western Sydney. Just go there and just relax from the hustle and bustle. It does wonders! Dog friendly, shallow areas for the little ones to enjoy. Bring your inflatables as there's plenty of space in the water, where you won't bump into one another.

Great place for dogs and their owners for a swim. The reserve has recently been decimated by flooding, and will require a massive cleanup. The river is now a lot wider and flowing nicely.

A very good place to relax for awhile. It has loads of room for parking and areas for picnics and set up a barbecue. The river is nearby and you can go for a swim when conditions suit. There are toilets located as you enter the park. Good and clean too.

Lovely, slow-flowing, shallow water. Wonderful for little kids. Good for dogs as there is an "off leash" area. We even saw a horse or two when we visited.

The recent storm has severely damaged the landscape. The beach area has now all changed from what it used to be. Hopefully council can do a bit of a clean up so we can return next summer.
