Mount Victoria Memorial Park is a handy green space in the upper Blue Mountains, a good place to stop and stretch on a longer drive. Dogs are welcome on-leash, as it is not on the council's off-leash list, with a small toilet block, a playground, shade and drinking water on hand. It is an easy, practical spot for a quick break with the dog. A simple on-leash park for travellers.
In the Blue Mountains, dogs must be on a leash in all public areas unless in a specifically designated off-leash zone. This venue is not on Blue Mountains City Council's off-leash areas list. (Source: Blue Mountains City Council — Dog off-leash areas, bmcc.nsw.gov.au/dogs.)

Lots of grassy area to stretch your and the doggo legs. Only a small parking lot, but it wasn't crowded. Shops are a very brief stroll around the corner.
