Im a tradie and sometimes in the City its hard to find places to not treat you a certain way just because we're in uniform. But this place is one of the places where that doesnt happen AT ALL. From the nice blonde lady at the front being very polite to the guy taking my order it was a really good experience all around. Now for the food part... Agian in the city its hard to find a place where they are generous with the serving size and amount of add ons for the price they ask for and agian this place there is NO complaint AT ALL I got the toast and eggs your way with some avo added onto the toast and let me tell you they were VERY generous with all of it. All fresh aswell crunchy toast (not 1 bit burnt) eggs perfectly fried, and the avo 10/10 texture and flavour. In conclusion especially for all my fellow Tradies working around Pyrmont area in the city this is the place to go! (near the casino) made my morning thanks guys 💯✌️

I’m with my family here in Sydney and we’re on our 7th day of visit. My mom visits Star Casino everyday since we arrived in Sydney and we went to try 10 pounds brekky for the first time the day before. We were so contented with the food and service and therefore we decided to come here again for brekky the 2nd time. Olivia is the lovely girl who served us last time and this morning. She impressed us so much by her smile, hospitality and robot like memory. She could remember what we ordered last time and came by to ask if we need anything from time to time. My mom is on wheelchair and she I took her to the restroom, Olivia immediately came forward to help us to tap the card for entry to the washroom. The food is outstanding and we love everything we ordered but I’m writing this review only because we’d like to show our gratitude for Olivia. Hope to see you again during our next trip and all the best to you. No matter where you work, I’m sure you’re the BEST!😘😘😘 PS. To the management of 10 Pounds, you have a great asset and please do treasure what you have.

This cafe was a pleasant "discovery" when we were looking for a quiet place to have food around Pyrmont Bay. It is very close to the Australian National Maritime Museum and just outside Pyrmont Bay Light Rail station. The building houses many offices; so most of the customers there are for take-away coffee and quick bites. Very cosy dine-in space and we spent more than an hour there. The price is very reasonable. I first went there with family and later returned with a couple of friends. Highly recommended for the peaceful environment.

Went into this cafe after a morning walk. The staff were friendly. I had the daily special “Burger with chips”, the chips were crispy. My wife had a soba noodle with grilled chicken which she enjoyed very much. A friend of mine had the sesame Tuna steak .
